Shipping and Returns
We’ve put a lot of thought into our products, just as you put thought (and trust) into making the decision to purchase. We love our products, and while we’re pretty sure you will too, we want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. So, if for some reason you are not, we understand that sometimes it’s just not meant to be.
If you fall into this category, we will happily accept your return within 14 days of the product delivery and provide a full refund. Please keep in mind that we are a small, independent, start-up which means that we personally absorb the costs. So, we hate to say it, but if there is anything questionable or weird about the return (like we receive back an empty bottle), we reserve the right to reconsider the return. Please note that costs for expedited shipping (if you paid for that) are not refundable.
To initiate the return, please fill out the form below and we will send you a return label and instructions. We would love to hear more from you about your experience so that we can bring your feedback into future product planning.
Refunds will be issued as credit against your original payment method once we receive the returned product. Once the refund has been issued, please allow for up to 10 business days for your refund to be posted to your account by your financial institution.
